COVID-19 UPDATE

March 16, 2022

To Our Valued Clients:

We want all of our current clients and new clients to know that our counsellors are available to see you by secure video, phone, and for in-person appointments.

For all in-person appointments we are continuing to ask our clients to answer a number of health-related questions to be cleared for entry into our offices.  Masks continue to be mandatory when entering our office (reception area) and we encourage clients to bring their own masks.  It will be up to the client and psychologist, in session with door closed, to determine if the client and psychologist feel more comfortable wearing a mask or not.

If you are feeling unwell or have COVID Symptoms and/or a positive COVID test, do not come in to the office.

If you are a close contact in a household and have no symptoms, please wait one week before booking an in-person appointment.,

All clients and counsellors are required to wash their hands or use the sanitizer immediately upon entry to our offices.

Please reach out if you have any questions,
