We are Open to See You by Secure Video/Phone or In-Person
To Our Valued Clients:
We want all of our current clients and new clients to know that our counsellors are available to see you by secure video and phone, and for in-person appointments.
For all in-person appointments we have been taking extra precautions to ensure the well being of all of our clients and counsellors. This includes increased sanitization procedures throughout the day and between client meetings. We also require all clients to answer a number of health-related questions to be cleared for entry into our offices. Masks are mandatory when entering our office and we encourage clients to bring their own masks.
Please note that you will not be permitted into our office if any of the following apply to you:
shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion or any other respiratory symptoms.
If you have had contact with a person who has or is suspected to have Coronavirus (COVID-19) or any of the above symptoms.
If you have recently traveled outside of Canada.
All clients and counsellors are required to wash their hands or use the sanitizer immediately upon entry to our offices.
