Biography:

I studied at the University of Calgary when my children were 3 & 5 years of age graduating with my Bachelor of Social Work degree.  I went on to complete my Master of Social Work degree then worked as a Family Support worker, a Family Therapist, a Play Therapist for the City of Calgary and the Salvation Army Children's Village.  I then served as the Program Director for the Louise Dean Centre for 15 years, then as an Executive Director of a Women's treatment centre prior to establishing my private practice.  I am a parent, a grand parent and a step mother as well.

I taught as a sessional instructor at Mount Royal College and at the University of Calgary.

My joy is working with people to assist them in achieving the changes and goals they set for themselves and realize their strengths.
