I work to provide you the opportunity to explore, challenge and grow through the experiences of life that are troubling. This is done in a supportive, empathic environment. Through counselling, pressures of life can be eased, a sense of relief, personal growth and appropriate change, can be achieved. I use a variety of counselling methods that have helped others change and heal, these include but are not limited to: A.C.T (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Cognitive Behavior Therapy, MiCBT (Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Person Centred Therapy.
