Qualifications
-
Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
-
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate governing body (e.g., College of Alberta Psychologists).

Individual professional liability/malpractice insurance required.
-
Experience in either counselling or conducting assessments, or both.
-
For counselling roles: Experience working with clients on a variety of concerns.
-
For assessment roles: Experience conducting psychoeducational, learning disability, ADHD, ASD, and/or mental health assessments.
-
Ability to work with children, youth, and/or adults (we are open to applicants who specialize in one age group or work across multiple).

Demonstrated skills in providing evidence-based interventions and/or assessments.
-
Strong communication and organizational skills—both oral and written.
-
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and/or independently.

The following would be considered assets:

Experience conducting Giftedness assessments.
-
Experience working with insurance-based cases.
-
Experience with return-to-work programming.
-
Suicide intervention training.
-
Understanding of and/or work experience with Indigenous Peoples.
